We read the official FLHSMV procedure manuals (TL-10, TL-11, TL-18), the fee schedule (FEES-01), Florida Statutes chapter 319 and the Department of Revenue rule 12A-1.007.
Each fact (fee, form number, deadline, tax rule) is stored with its source URL and the date we read it. Pages show that date.
We monitor the official documents for changes and re-verify when they change.
If the tax collector rejects paperwork because of an error in a kit you bought, you get your money back.
